SongSense is an independent music discovery platform built around the simple idea that great artists are worth finding and supporting.
We're here for the artists and care about the music.
The ones playing to a few hundred people who will be playing to thousands a year from now. The artists still finding their nieche. The song you hear once and immediately need to know who made it.
Through The Artist Spotlight, reviews, interviews and new music discovery, SongSense looks beyond numbers and focuses on what actually makes an artist exciting... the music, the ideas behind it, their identity and where they will go next.
We cover established artists too, but discovery is at the heart of what we do. We believe music should have room for both the artist selling out arenas and the person uploading their first EP from their bedroom, both are the foundation of the industry.
SongSense is independently run, which means our editorial choices are driven by what we genuinely find interesting. Coverage isn't determined by the size of an artist's team, their marketing budget or whether they already have an industry buzz around them and our opinions are simply ours.
